A: Each building has its own laundry room with a washer and dryer on the ground floor.

A: The one-bedroom apartments are 900 sq. feet and the 2 bedrooms are 1000 square feet.
Q: Do your apartments have gas heat and central air conditioning?
A: Yes, all our apartments have gas heat and central air conditioning.
Q: Are there patios and balconies at Crystal Tree?
A: Yes, each apartment, depending on whether it is upper or lower level, has its own
balcony or patio.
Q: Is there a garage for the car?
A: No, unfortunately we do not have any garages available.
Q: Is there on-site maintenance?
A: Yes, there is.
Q: Do you have a locked entryway door for each building?
A: Yes, the entryway door of each separate building remains closed and locked at all times.
Q: Do your apartments have Internet ready rooms?
A: Yes, each apartment is cable Internet ready.
Q: Are waterbeds allowed in your apartments?
A: No, we do not allow any type of waterbeds.
